I am so excited that Just Lose It has a group on MyFitnessPal.com! I hope this helps!!! I am going to give it a try!!

    Had a great time at the Healthy Habits lecture today...mostly seeing other participants and socializing with others that are also trying to get healthy

    I'm excitd about this group as well. Can you tell me more about this group. I think I understand how it came about but I'm not sure.
