    I've got some in the oven right now. I also made my own flour mix. Hope it turns out alright! :)

    New to GF. What is in your flour mix and measurements please? Thanks

    I used what I had around the house, just mixed them up. I need to get some "root flours" to even it out a little so my mix probably isn't what most people would like or use! LOL. Let me find the website that talked about % of different types of flours to use in a mix and I'll post the site. It was quite informative. I'm on lunch and don't have time now, but I will later this evening.

    Sorry that it took so long to get back. I had bought a few different flours a couple of weeks ago...without a plan which wasn't very smart. Anyway, I used the suggested %'s from this site and used what I had on hand to make a GF Flour mix...it's not my favorite...I've found I'm not a big fan of garbanzo flour! LOL I'll use way less next time, but will use it up as I'm cheap!
