The first Hour walk is scheduled for 2pm September 8, 2012 we will be meeting at Mission Crest Elementary School in Hesperia, next to the black fence in front. Please bring a large water bottle with cold water for drinking, wear cool comfortable clothes (the weather may be hot), comfortable tennis shoes, and yes children or baby's in strollers are welcome to join us on our walk. We will be walking the entire perimeter around the school and park area for at least one hour.
Please be on time as the group will begin the walk at 2:05pm sharp.

    Hi, I'm in Adelanto. I just started up on myfirtnesspal again. Everyone that I was doing it with just stopped. So, I thought I'd take a look at the Groups for some motivation and support. Nice to meet you. Is the Walk n Talk Hour still in effect? It's a little far from me. Anyone closer to Adelanto/Victorville 395 area?
