I have accepted this challenge and I started on Feb 4. I have tracked all of my meals, TRUTHFULLY, exercised for a minimum of 45 minutes with both cardio and weigh lifting. On fridays, I have commited to working out twice a day going to Women's Workout World in the morning for 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting and then taking a Sexy and Strength Hip Hop cardio class in the evenings.0

I made some mashed cauliflower sunday and still have a little left over. I need to check the food list to see if this is "allowed". Otherwise I do good just need to keep my food prepped so i can have food to eat for my daughter when i come from work then i will go workout. I hate my gym wo classes are at 5;30 that sucks.
Monday-Zumba (DONE)
Tuesday-Eliptical 45min (Dont feel like it cause mrs flow is kicking my butt)
Wednesday-Spinning
Thursday-Eliptical 45min
Friday - Not sure may switch with Wednesday so I can go to bible study
Saturday-Zumba/Leah Gymnastics
Rest
Food Planned-I suck at adding to calorie planner cause I change my mind ha!
Breakfast-Protein Smoothie with berries/coconut oil etc
Egg Scramble-Dished out 1 cup...Did not add to calorie tracker..will guess cause i did not measure
Apple w/yogurt
Salad (if I am hungry)
Gym-eat something on my way so i am not hungry like ??
Home eat Salmon, roasted veggies and bean mash0 -
