    Sorry team…heavy lifting (bulking) right now, eating to go along with it. I will be doing this for the next two week then I will be going back on diet control. Doin 130 lb. wide grip pulled downs, 120 lb squats, 55 lb t-bar rows, 110 lb upright rows, have cut back on leg press weight concentrating on going deep with the press (*kitten* killer) this week. Have increased the number of sets to 8-12 per large muscle group…5-8 for smaller groups.
