I love this thread! I will definitely be taking the time to check out the links on my days off. The plank is one of the hardest things for me to do, personally. Even though I am still doing it on my knees!0

TIP: If you're doing plank amongst a number of other exercises and are having troubls increasing your time, try starting the routine with plank to see if it makes a difference. Did for me when I switched [push-ups + plank] to [plank + push-ups]. Try going back to the original routine after a few times the new way and see if you're then able to get past the original wall you had hit.0
