TEAM DOLVETT - WEEK 7 CHALLENGE!!!

Hi Guys!!!! I am posting this week's challenge for Joanne. She is not feeling well today.....so I am helping out!!! This week the Challenge will be a 3 part Challenge:

Part 1: Physical Challenge: Let's get down and do some crunches/ sit-ups!!!! As always, we are challenging ourselves.....so I will be setting a goal of 100 crunches/ sit-ups per day! If you are above this amount already, then increase the amount. If you are under this, set a goal for yourself and try to increase it by mid week. Please be sure to post on here your daily progress!!! :)

Part 2: Nutritional Challenge: Let's really take a look at what foods we are putting into our bodies this week. Is there anything in your diet that you can replace with a HEALTHIER choice??? For example: If you eat rice.....can you try to replace it with Quinoa this week. or If you eat pasta.....try to replace with Whole Wheat Pasta. You get the idea!!! Let's replace something in our diet with a healthier choice. Please be sure to post on here what you are replacing. Also if you have any ideas for your teammates....please share!!!

Part 3: I want to see your team WIN this week's weigh in!!!!! What will YOU be doing this week to make sure that Team Dolvett is the WINNING team!!! :) Please share with your teammates what YOU will be doing to make sure this week counts!!!! :)

    Thank you Pam for stepping up for our team captain.

    Part1: Will start my sit ups challenge tomorrow
    Part2: I started to eliminate sugar for lent, so I will reiterate here. No sugar in my tea & drink water instead of juice.
    Part3: I will be working out every day and log all my food intake. Hopefully, I see some favorable results for myself and the team.

    1: Started sit ups today did 100
    2: No meat on firdays for me so far... I was trying to eliminate other things and it didnt work :(
    3: I will try to do some extra workouts starting today

    Part 1- crunches wooohoooo! Done Wed/thurs/friday

    Part 2- eating more vegetables...I kinda of slack on that some times.

    part 3- adding extra activity :)

  • Alright Team Dolvett. Let's participate in the weekend challenge. Burn those calories and post them to the Weekend Challenge group!! We can still catch up. It's still anybody's game!! Let's go team.

    1. Did 100 crunches on thrusday and friday.
    50 sit ups on saturaday and sunday. Sit ups kill me!! They are so freaking hard haha

    2. For the pass couple of weeks I have been having meatless mondays!

    3. More cardio!!
