The release date for Dead Space 3 is getting closer! xD I can not wait for this game!!! 
I am really worried that making it co-op with Carter is going to sacrifice the scary atmosphere BUT I have a lot of faith in Visceral. <Basically I am seeing what happened to Resident Evil 5 and their co-op and am afraid the same thing will happen to DS, I was a loooooooong time fan of the RE series and have just been let down constantly by Capcom with their last few titles

But anyway I know you have the option to play it solo as well... so I dk why I am all flustered. I am replaying through 1 + 2 so the story is freshly burned into my skull for 3 xD What do you guys foresee for Isaac?

i feel like there will be a Team Issac vs. Team Carter war among the fan girls xD
I worried about it being less scary with two people too. but i was also super excited for a co-op mode.
I'm re-playing one also.
Issac's character changed so much just from the first to second game. he went from like a terrified rabbit to a damaged badass. DS1 had so many subtle, little touches and was a game to play slowly and alone... and on top of all that it was heartbreaking ><
I feel like they're making the series more action-packed so i'm sure they'll have Issac doing even more crazy dangerous badass things. I kind of don't think it'll be as sad/scary as 1...but i have my hopes.
anyway, i won't play 3 until my bff's in town, so it'll be awhile

By the way its freaking awesome - on chapter 4 so far and its only been Issac. Definitely easier to use him and the guns are bad *kitten*!0

I absolutely love dead space! I just beat the game on hard and am about to play on classic mode. I'm sad the series has to end. I suppose I am mainly satisfied with the ending. I think Visceral did a great job with the final installment. I just wish Isaac would have had hallucinations during the game. Oh and I also wasn't into the whole love triangle thing. But the weopan crafting system is amazing and I love all the new enemies.0

I have played and enjoyed all titles in this series even the on rails shooter, Extraction. As having just finished 3 I have to compliment Visceral on a job well done. I would not say it was the highpoint in the series but still a blast.0

Friend plays as the coop dude, and the scary comes from him. I like how the game subtelly mind ****s you. Generaly do like Dead Spaces, always did and DS3 doesnt change that. Still bit creepy
