    i stayed the same but as I have had flu for the last 5 days, happy to not have put weight on.

    Ten pound weight loss - Two pounds less my six week goal of 165l :)

    I didnt reach my halfway goal either for those of you who are may feel low. I did join the gym though and get more active! Thats a plus! The lbs mean a lot but sometimes we just have to be patient. now if I could only live by that lol:smile:

    i'm down a total of 5lbs. slow but still a loss.
