DAY 5

I'm on day 5 of my Reboot and just found this MFP group. I was not planning on 10 days....just taking it day by day. It has been a bit rough...especially the lack of coffee. But, today I am feeling better overall. I am down 5 lbs and feel much leaner. I can tell I was carrying a lot of water. I'll take any advise or encouragement ya'll have. :-)
