    0.8 lb loss. Booo!!!! Time to refine my diet even further I think, I would really like to be in onederland by May.

    I weighed on Friday w/ no loss, no gain. That's okay though, I had a treat for Valentine's, so it was to be expected. All in all, a great week! :)

    One pound down this week. That leaves 16.3 lbs in 16 weeks.... Still looks doable! :happy:

    Loss of 1.6. Up to 7.4 for the year. Just switched to gluten free so I think that will rev up my weight loss.

    Just updated the spreadsheet with my weekly weights. I weigh in on Wednesday's so I just put in my weights from the Wednesday's before the Sunday's.... (so what I weighed a few days ago, but I don't want to weigh in more than once a week!)
