After my big set back my head is really back in it again.
I've decided to do the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred videos (today was the first one) and also try to do a second video as well each day. Today I did the shred and then kickboxing .....my legs feel amazing!!!! I keep having to stretch them but its such a good crazy awesome feeling.
I think if I can get through this for 30 days I will do the Ripped in 30 next.
Is anyone else doing a program like this?

Yes, today is my day 6 on level 1. I ached the first 4 days but I'm really into it now. I've never done the shed before. I'm also thinking of doing ripped in 30 next. Do you out know if the cardio is tougher in that? I have a heart condition so have to be careful with intensity.0

I am not doing a Jillian Michaels' workout program, but I am doing Chalean Extreme. I finished it last month but am going to repeat the last month because I prefer having a structured workout schedule.0

Is level 3 hard? i'm so dreading it...although I am now finding level 1 much easier so I do it with another of her videos back to back. I feel much stronger already.0 -

I've done day 4 of level 2 today and it's actually got easier much quicker than level 1 did. Also I have hardly ached at all.0 -
How are your workouts going guys? I just started 30DS today, some parts were hard for me and I had to take a short break to drink some water, but it will get easier with time so I think it's not too hard.0

I finished the shred but still do it 2 or 3 days per week and I run on the other days. I can now do all the unmodified exercises and even bought some heavier weights.
I have bought ripped in 30 but not got into it yet.0 -
I finished 30 Day Shred...it was great and felt good about finishing....now I'm going to try Ripped in 30...im starting tomorrow. Good luck to me. LOL0
