On and off program and need help!

It is a daily struggle for me. I went way off plan for a while. I am happy that I didn't gain any weight but I have not lost any weight in over three months and I know it is because of the food choices I have been making. I fear that I have stretched out my pouch because I can eat a lot more than I should be able to. I never really experienced dumping so I can eat anything I want and now almost as much as I want,. I need to get back in control again!!

I need help! I created this group for support and then I never really used it. Well I am back and with a vengeance! I need anyone here that is willing to be my support group to check in with me daily and so that I keep each of you and my eating plan front and center!!

    This is a constant fear for me, too, Melissa. What I recommend it to get back to basics this week. Maybe go back to shakes for 2-3 days to give your tummy a rest and start to regain your focus. After that, make sure you're following the water/food rule of no liquids 30 minutes before and 30-60 minutes after a meal. Chew slowly, measure and track everything...just like at the beginning. What is your exercise routine like? Maybe you have an opportunity to pick it back up again, even a quick 30 minute walk every day this week, or maybe this is a chance to mix up your routine a bit if you've been in a slump. You can do this...no real damage has been done with any increase of weight, so brush yourself off and start fresh. You can do it and I'm excited for you!!!

    Great advice. ......all of them. Water should be your go to drink adding in fresh fruit like strawberries is what helps me with a slice of lemon.
