Thank you to angelwings22 who picked this week's challenge:

1. 10 extra push UPS a day.
2. become a friend to someone that's new to MFP

All members who gained or stayed the same (spring_breeze, River_Song, gabrielmartinez90, dwidn, and WindSong929) must complete the "punishment challenge" from nataliescalories:

1. Work on your macros: keep carbs under 80g and protein over 80g for, at least, one day.

    I loved the Russian twists, and combined with the push ups,that's a nice tone up. I know that is not the challenge, but I will probably combine them. It is nice for once not to have stayed the same, or gained. : )
