I am looking for some buddies. Been trying to lose some weight for a while now but as soon as I lose a bit I am falling from the wagon. This time I want to stay on it lol. Greetings from Hull xxx

    Hi there!

    I know how you feel! It's so much easier when you have people behind you and motivating you.

    Sometimes I feel competition is the best way to get me motivated. If someone is losing weight faster than me then it makes me step up.

    Can't manage East but I can do West! Leeds here! I've got a lot more to lose than you but lets hope we're all heading in the right direction! :)
