Today I weighed in at 149.3 :happy: I'd like to eventually be 135
29.8% of me is fat and I'd like that to be 25%
44.5 lbs of me is fat and I'd like that to look more like 25 lbs.
104.9 lbs of me is lean muscle and I'd like that to look more like 110 lbs.
I started really making an effort to be healthy; eating healthier and working out smarter, on 09/22/12 and since then:

I was really own in the middle of the week, but that didn't last. You know how you get ups and downs, but my weigh in for this week is 187.6. WoOt! Still in the 180's! YAY! So I lost 1.6 pounds this week.

Looks like most of you are doing very well. Good job.
I, on the other hand, am not doing so well. It's all my fault but I've been playing with the same 2 lbs for the past few weeks. So, this weeks weigh in has me up the 2 lbs that I was down last week. ;(0 -
