Anybody feel like sharing their "Here to There" goals? What are you going to accomplish in 2013?

    Nice topic Matt! For me, my goals for 2013 are:

    * To run a half-marathon in April
    * To lose an additional 30 pounds (at least)
    * To get my body fat % lower than 20%

    Fitting start for this group! For me, my 2013 goals are:

    *Run 3rd half-marathon on April 20th
    *Participate in Sprint Triathalon this summer
    *Run a Trail half-marathon this fall
    *Run 2nd full marathon on November 2nd
    *Reach goal weight of 190 lbs!

    Get back to high school health! Simple and sweet. 4% bmi 10 miles a day at a 6 min mile. 50 pounds to lose and a pack a day to kick! Glad to see everyone getting into this and making some goals and commitments! We can do it!

    2013 Goal for weight loss
    *M: 100 pounds lost
    *P: 130
    *V:140
    * Also i want to help my family get into shape so they can stick around with me for years to come.
    I'm selling myself on the fact that i am a catalyst in my family...and if i lose the weight...they will realize that they can too.
    Its gonna be a long long long journey but im pumped to do it.
    We got this Defenders.lol
