    Week 2 ( 1/14/2013): 186 (3 lbs.)
    Week 3 ( 1/21/2013): 184.5 (1,5 lbs.)
    Week 4 (1/28/2013): 181.5 (3lbs.)
    Week 5 ( 2/4/2013): 180 (1.5 lbs.)
    Week 6 ( 2/11/2013): 176 (4 lbs)
    Week 7 (2/18/2013): 174.2 (1.9lbs)

    so far i lost 22 lbs

    I REACHED MY 12 WEEKS CHALLENGE :-))) ....So I am challenging myself ....could I get to 169 ;)

    I was really own in the middle of the week, but that didn't last. You know how you get ups and downs, but my weigh in for this week is 187.6. WoOt! Still in the 180's! YAY! So I lost 1.6 pounds this week.

    Starting: 197.2
    Week 1: 195.2 (lost 2.0)
    Week 2: 194.4 (lost 0.8)
    Week 3: 192.0 (lost 2.4)
    Week 4: 191.4 (lost 0.6)
    Week 5: 189.4 (lost 2.0)
    Week 6: 189.2 (lost 0.2)
    Week 7: 187.6 (lost 1.6)

    Total: 9.6lbs

    Down 7 so far for the challenge.
    Weight loss has slowed to less than 1 pound a week, but at least it's still moving in the right direction.

    Looks like most of you are doing very well. Good job.

    I, on the other hand, am not doing so well. It's all my fault but I've been playing with the same 2 lbs for the past few weeks. So, this weeks weigh in has me up the 2 lbs that I was down last week. ;(

    No gain, no loss. I expected that though because I ate at maintenance all of last week since I was on a break from working out.

    O)kay I am bad since I have google on my phone I just keep updating the spreadsheet and not posting... eak

    Well yesterday I was 181.0, started this off at 190.2, so down almost 10lbs! :)

    Now that the weather is getting better I am expecting to walk home from work for lunch goal 2 days a week, *(about 3 miles round trip) and then heavy lfiting 2 days. Once I am down to 175 though I see my calories being upped again, at 1830 so my loss will be slower now.
