I personally use an iphone app to chart everyday. The app does not have discussion boards on it sadly.
all i can do is write news posts. i do however get on a computer once in a while to check out the boards.it makes
it difficult to really belong to a group when that is not offered in an app. but i am grateful for being able to chat my food and exercise on my phone.0
