I'm at 166...another gain. I am really struggling and not sure how to stop the downward spiral. I have been fighting this for a year now. I am not giving up, but would really like to figure out how to start losing again.0

I think I forgot to put mine in yesterday....so, I lost 1 lb for the week. Hopefully with the addition of the new machines I can get better results lol.0
