Hi all I'm new to this group!
I am 28 year old from N/E Of Indy.
I recently got engaged (Last Monday).
We are getting married next year and I would love to lost 75lbs by then.
I am looking for people to help me on this.
Recently i had surgery on my left foot and I'm still in the recovery stages of it so I cannot jump or move real fast as of right now.
So if anyone would like to help me please feel free to message me or add me on here.

Welcome Erin! I live in Beech Grove - southeast side of Indy. Congratulations on your engagement! I had surgery on my right foot in November and I am still struggling to be able to exercise as extensive as I would like. Did you ask your Dr. to give you any recommendations on exercise that would be okay? My doctor did not give me the approval to do any exercise that put pressure on my foot until two months after my surgery. He did allow me to use the stationary bike at the gym a month after my surgery.
