I'm happy I'm doing this because I think my digestive track was in its own personal hell. Today has been rough and I am glad I was off from work. I'm hoping that its true that after day 3, this gets easier... feeling like a train wreck...

    Day one for me today. I did a 60 day juice fast one year ago and here I am starting another. Have you ever done one before?
