I encourage everyone to measure themselves today...go under biggest loser check in and measure each body part according to their directions and along with putting the results there post them here as well.
We will measure ourselves every two weeks..I guarantee if you do the bonus challenge and the regular challenge you will see results!
I'm coming back later to do my measurements...I can't find my measuring tape:explode:

Sorry, I'm confused. Where do I go to look at the directions? Is it on here or on skinnyo?0

I was always told your waist is where your body naturally bends when you lean to the side0 -

Max, I posted this on another topic for someone else the other day, maybe it will help you.
It should probably be posted here, since this is the “Measurement Topic”As far as your measurements go, those are not required for the Challenge, but they are always good to do for yourself. You can enter those into MFP so you can keep track and use them as a motivator for yourself. Do you know how to do this on MFP?
It is simple; just click on “Weigh-in” on your MFP home page and you can enter your Neck, Waist & Hips, if you want to add other Body-parts just click on “Track Additional Measurements”, enter Body-part name next to “Description” and click “Add Measurement”
If you have any previous Weights or Measurements written down, you can enter those too, just click on “Edit Previous Entries” at the bottom of the “Weigh-in”/”Check-in” page!0 -
Will we be taking measurements again this Monday? I can't remember!0

Will we be taking measurements again this Monday? I can't remember!
That is up to you guys, what does everyone think, take measurements once a week or once a month?
Whatever you decide I think you should enter them into your MFP Diary, I explain how to do that in a post above.
If you enter your measurements into your MFP Diary you will have a nice permanent record.0 -

I thought when angbieb posted this topic she said she wanted our measurements every 2 weeks?0
