http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/40-beginner-back-workout.html this is for everyone!

http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/back-workouts For Men!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOqzHK1BGyI For women! (he is cute too)

Everybody wants to look good from the front but what about the back? We already talked about the buns...but what about your upper back? Nobody wants to have a jacket on and the creases going across the back! We all can see too tight! Not to mention we pull and push on doors, reach for items and lift items all day long! We need a strong back!
Get busy ya'll!

Peace,
WW

PS Sorry I posted this earlier but I see it didn't show up!

Some of my favorite exercises are back exercises. Got to keep the back fat at bay.

One of the first things I noticed that changed after starting with Super Trainer is that the bumps in the back of my t-shirts started getting smaller

I did not realize till recently that many of the exercises I do, do work the back. In fact, when I wore a dress recently I noticed the benefits of back exercises. When I bought the dress it was tight through the back, shoulders, and arms. Now it is a breeze to get on and off.
