Hi i'm new and from Glasgow

Just wanted to Introduce myself and find out what great tips and advice you all have to stay healthy and motivated :)

    Yup I'd go along with that. Get yerself a decent network of friends who will congratulate and take the piss in equal measure.

    It's amazing what a difference it makes when you don't feel like yer on yer own.

    I'm in Glasgow too. Trying to get thinner for my son's wedding in August and because I have signed up to run the Women's 10K in May - something I have done many times before and I ALWAYS hate the training. So if I was lighter, it would be easier, right? Well, I hope so. If you are keen on exercise (or would like to become so) search for one of the other groups e.g. March Beginners 50 mile challenge etc.
