Anyone out there do a combination of these two? I started today. I love love love COMBAT but I wanted to add more weights. Share your schedule if you do a hybrid of these two.

If you have all the Combat DVD's, the Upper Body Blow Out and HIIT Power are going add some serious weight training in your routine..
