March Promise - Sorry 1 day late!

Sorry this is a day late...we had a mini flood at our place and its been hectic here.

This post is to remind everyone again that we just entered March....so whether you've made your Jan/Feb goals or not, this is a new month. Make March count. We have over 4 weeks to make some great changes to our bodies and get fit.

I haven't lost much since the beginning (maybe 3 or 4 pounds)...but everyone has seen a huge difference in the amount of muscle and think I look thinner.

Do it for you and how good you will feel! I'm taking March seriously!!!

    I ended up breaking even in February (gained back what I had lost at the beginning of the month) so my March promise is to be consistent and lose at least one pound each week, and to not undo my hard work again!

    Thanks for the motivational post! Really needed it. February went by with scale going up then down then up and down... end result +/- 0 . As said it is a new month and four wonderful weeks ahead of us, I am going to make it count.
