Well the scales shows I enjoyed extra treats on my vacation a little too much. Back on the diet train today and to swimming on Monday. Have a great week everyone

I have not been on schedule for the whole month of February. According to my last recorded weigh in on Feb 2nd, and my weigh in on Friday March 1st..I lost 11.6 pounds. :-)0
