3-2: 3 m - 2 m LS power walk w/ friends & 1 m Fat blasting
3-3: 3 m - 3 m LS fat blasting
3-4 - 2 m - LS power walk w/ friends
TOTAL: 9 miles

Hi Walking Buddies!
So I missed my walk yesterday. I was all set to go to the gym and then of course family stuff took over. I could have did a DVD later that night but it just didn't happen, I was beat. :yawn:
So here is March 2013 so far:
3/1 - 2 miles outside and 3 mile Leslie Sansone Weight Loss Walk DVD = 5 miles
3/2 - 1 mile walk outside and 3 miles of the Biggest Loser Walking DVD = 4 miles
3/3 - No miles
My goal is 80 miles and I have 71 miles to go...
BTW...if you haven't tried the Biggest Loser Walking DVD I highly recommend it! It is a higher level of walking that had me sweating buckets!
