Hi everyone I just wanted to share my goals for March and see what others are doing or would like to work toward. I am really working on changes for the better and would love any new ideas for future goals.

Do some form of exercise for a least 30 min everyday.
Complete my personal squat challenge, I will share if anyone wants to join me.
Continue with my healthier eating.
Burn at least a1000 calories on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I am doing a Spring Fling Challenge (see the group here on MFP) with a goal to get to 200 lbs...I can't even remember when I was there!

My goals remain to eat 5 small meals a day; exercise at least 30 mins per day (going more for two 30 minute sessions); starting to use weights; and adding variety to my workouts!

Good luck with your goals...I am sure you will do fabulous!!!!

My goal for this month is to take off 5-6 lbs. Last month I ran 120Km, and this month (being a few days longer!) I would like to beat that. Doesn't matter if its 121 Km, just to beat it will do! For me, it will depend on how much I work. I am causal and if I get called in a lot I might not run as much.

    And drink MORE WATER!

OK, so here we are, a little over half way through the month. How are you coming with your goals? Here's my update:

    1. Run 60 miles - I'm at 57
    2. Burn 3800 cal/wk - I've been burning 4200/4800 so I have a better chance with my next goal...
    3. Onederland by Mar.31st - I'm at 205.2, fingers crossed!!

So far this month it has been great.

#1 I have only missed my 30 twice.
    #2 I am up to 110 squats. I started at 25.
#3 Have been been within my macros almost every day.
#4 I am finding it difficult to burn 1000 calories. I switched to my HRM and I burn a lot less than what MFP says. But all is good and I am still here working it.

Have a great day, week and end of month.

#2 I made it to145 squats. My end goal was 205. I started at 25.

#4 I still found it difficult to burn 1000 calories. I switched to my HRM and I burn a lot less than what MFP says. However on I did manage cocaistancy and burned more calories on Tue & Thur than the other days of the week.
