This is my first month following her calendar too! I just started today (I was having a rather long 21st birthday celebration this past weekend). I got a time of 9 minutes flat on my first mile, which I'm pretty damn proud of. Also, I used my HRM (birthday present, because I always ask for awesome stuff like that) and I burned 604 calories doing the workout today0

I'm also doing the March calendar I've tried the calendars since January, and watched her videos for a year or so!0

This is my first month doing her calendar! I don't do all the videos though, because I'm still doing the 30 Day Shred. So instead of killing myself, I do the shred workout, then pop over to the calendar and pick 2 (usually) of the videos to do. After 30DS is over I'm going all out on her calendars!0

Hi guys, I've been doing Jillian Michaels workouts but I recently discovered blogilates, and I love it!
What have your results been just from following her calendars? I'm thinking about switching to them (plus running 3x a week) but I'm scared it won't tone as quickly as JM's workouts, as I've got used to doing all the dumbell and squat stuff from her dvds and blogilates just doesn't seem as intense. I'd really be interested to hear your responses0 -

Honestly, this is my first month following her calendar. I just finished Insanity a couple weeks ago, so I get what you're saying about the intensity level. Some of her videos, especially the cardio one for me anyway, don't seem very challenging. But most of her videos still challenge me and I'm already feeling the results. If you aren't feeling the burn enough, you can always add heavier weights!
I took pictures of myself at the beginning of this month, so I will have some progress pics at the end of March!0 -
Yay!! I am so glad to see so many are following this month!! I have been working off of it but have been throwing in other things to like my Zumba classes at the gym and I have also been trying to do 2 miles per day on the treadmill.0

I'm doing this month's calendar too. I've been following the calendars since December, they are amazing! I love that this one includes her DVD. :bigsmile:0
