Summer began in the Northern Hemisphere on June 21, 2013, at 1:04 A.M.... I want to loose 30 + pounds by Summer. What is your goal?

My overall goal is another 60 pounds, so by summer...I'd have to set a mini goal at 30 pounds....wow! I will be 179 if that happens. I haven't been under 200 since I got pregnant with daughter #1 18 years ago!!!! Wow!0
