What are some of your favorite dishes that aids in your weight loss?

Baked Tilapia with Salsa! (works with any mild white fish)
Ingredients:
Tilapia fillets ( I usually eat 1, plus I cook for my husband so I usually make around 3 at a time)
Pepper
Olive oil
Salsa (whatever kind you like, don't need too much of it. My preference is Newman's Own Tequila Lime Salsa - tasty!)
Put tilapia fillets in aluminum foil lined baking dish. Sprinkle with a bit of pepper ( I don't usually use salt at this stage since most salsas are savory anyway) and a bit of olive oil so the fish doesn't stick to the foil/pan. Spread salsa on top of the fish ( I usually do 2 tablespoons per fillet). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and done!
I usually have one fillet as entre, and then eat a steamed vegetable on the side. My favorite is steamed broccoli, nothing added
