            Started 30DS tonight, which has me excited! I may actually wind up working out twice a day twice a week, if I don't get exhausted, since I really don't want to skip a day, even on days I have my karate classes.

 Mon: 280 (30DS. I'd intended to do some karate afterwards, but I got a bad headache from not drinking enough water today, so I decided to quit early. :-/ )
