3/4 - 3M 5K With a twist
3/5- 3M Super Walk with boost cables

I may be a few days late, but I am in again for March!! Thanks for starting another Leslie Challenge. I am setting my goal for March at 60 miles. I do other forms of exercising too so I don't want to aim too high.

Hi Walking Warriors!
I am having a very low energy week. My Aunt Flo is on her way and I am super duper tired...thank goodness for this challenge because I know I'd be up in my bed otherwise :yawn:
3/1 - 2 mile walk outside and 3 mile Leslie Sansone Weight Loss Walk DVD = 5 miles
3/2 - 1 mile walk outside and 3 miles of the Biggest Loser Walking DVD = 4 miles
3/3 - No miles
3/4 - 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym and 1 mile walk outside = 5 miles
3/5 - 1 mile walk outside
3/6 - 0.5 mile walk outside and 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym wearing my new weighted belt (it goes up to 10 pounds but I only used 5 pounds for my first walk) = 4.5 miles
My goal is 80 miles and I have 60.5 miles to go...0 -
