 This is amazing results for one week! Great job, keep it up! :drinker:
 Thanks! I have been researching through diets and exercise plans. I was exercising alot, hardly eating and not losing an ounce . So I came across Clean Eating. So I am trying my best with it and I am not hungry, I eat 5 small meals a day. I exercise less too and losing weight. Before I would exercise 5 times a week, now about 3 times a week. I had to get rid of sugar, most processed foods. Slowly I want to be able to take all processed foods out of my diet. I have green tea after every meal. I have lemon with my water. All this seems to really be helping me out. Oh I am not eating any carbs for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. Thats mostly what I am doing. 0 0
