Starting Turbo Fire

I just calculated my calories for weeks 1-5. Is it normal for the calorie intake to be about 2100 calories? I weigh 180 pounds. I am so lost. :frown:

    I would continue the 1200 calories a day, but aim to burn 600 of those daily.I recommand doing a HITT workout with a Fire daily! I hope that this helps! Good luck!

    mine calculated that high too...but i'm not comfortable with eating that much. i aim for 1600-1800 on workout days and 1300-1400 on non workout days. i never pay attention to my net calories or specifically eat back my exercise calories so it works for me.

    I lost about 8lbs during my first month of TF eating between 1200 - 1300 calories, after my second month of TF my weight loss stalled at 3lbs, so I upped my calories to 1500 and lost 4lbs after a couple of weeks.
