So for this weeks challenge it will be WATER/BREAKFAST/ABS !

WATER: Let us know how much you are drinking daily.

BREAKFAST: what are you having daily?

ABS: what exercise are you doing for your abs?

    WATER: 84 oz

    BREAKFAST: meal replacement shake

    ABS: Currently on the Hip Hop Abs Video (Total Body Burn)

    WATER: 100 oz daily

    Breakfast: Daily Mon-Fri Oatmeal, 1/2 banana coffee with creamer

    ABS: Turbo fire Core

    Water: 32 oz ( I need to drink more)

    Breakfast: Mon-Fri Oatmeal w/ an apple, cranberries and cinnamon and water.

    Abs: I walked today, didnt have time for anything else.

    Breakfast: 1/2 an cantaloupe with greek yogurt

    Abs: did nothing tuesday :-(

    WATER: I love water I avg 96 oz or 12 glasses daily

    BREAKFAST: 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites scrambled with pam

    ABS: 60 crunchies, SUPER SET: 40 straight leg uups, 40 incline sit-up, 40 decline knee ups

    I do this every day I hope you don't get bored reading it daily....I'll try to mix it up for ou guys.

    WATER: 8 + a day!!! Love my water :happy:

    BREAKFAST: most utilized right now..1 egg w/ 2 egg whites and 9 or 12 grain home made toast

    I'm late with starting this challenge. As of today:

    WATER: 8 glasses / 64 oz daily

    Breakfast: Unpredictable: However, today I had English muffin, turkey sausage with cheese & coffee

    ABS: 50 Crunches

    Abs: Spring cleaning all the closets

    Breakfast: Weight Watcher's frozen English Muffin, Egg White, Turkey Bacon and Cheese sandwich

    about 30 oz of water...I know that's bad. I just don't drink that much unless I remind myself to.

    so far i've got 24oz in so not too bad.

    BFast mon-fri: Egg sandwich: egg white, reduced fat cheese and turkey sausage on english muffin with tobasco.

    abs: only done on Tuesdays and thursdays: P90X ab routine.

    everyone does so well with drinking water! I wish I did.

    Yesterday: 50 oz. of water.

    Abs: 40 crunches

    Friday 3/8/13

    WATER: not as good today 78 oz today

    BREAKFAST: (Day starter) Gold Standard Protein drink, 1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites scrambled with pam and 1/2 steal cut oats with splenda

    ABS: SUPER SET: 40 straight leg uups, 40 incline sit-up, 40 decline knee ups, 4 set a plank for 1 1/2 minutes

    I am so good and focus in the mornings; however, it's as the day goes on and life happens that I get off track. As the demands mount I start looking for an escape which somethimes is to just give in to food, the couch or my bed. Really need to work on the late afternoon escape plan.

    I haven't been great at keeping up but here's todays (Saturday)

    Breakfast: 2 egg plus 1 egg white omlette filled with mushrooms, green bell pepper, onion, 1/4 cup mexican blend shredded cheese.

    Water: Right around 96 oz.

    Workout- Gym 45 minutes, 30 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes elliptical

    WORKOUT: none today....REST

    Sunday- breakfast - 1 sl. toast, 1 egg/2 egg white
    Water- 5+- ongoint
    Workout- rest day.
