Small LDL Medical advice needed

about 6 months ago I switched from being an omnivore to a plant based diet, eliminated diary and eggs almost 100%, I did this mainly because I wanted to loose weight and be healthier, so today I got my yearly visit with Lab results with my Cardiologist... he is also Vegan... we reviewed the lab results and with great surprise I found out that my small ldl-p values were in the high range, supposed to be < 527 I'm at 803 !!! He is concerned about it and was close to get me on a different kind of Cholesterol reducing medication but decided to wait for another Blood test at the end of August before changing anything.... got home and start researching small ldl-p and everything I read says increase animal protein such as eggs.... and reduce carbs....:noway: :huh: :sad: so how do I do that? without going back to being an omnivore..... avocados? coconut?

    Mine went up with exercise, no dietary change.

    my value for Small LDL -P is 803 doc wants it at less than 527.... are you saying exercise made the number higher?
