Try adding west and south of london to... the roads we cycle in a radius of say 60miles are shocking truly shocking.. to the extent i'd say you would not want to cycle them in the dark for fear of destroying your wheels !.
i hit one the other night and it made a horrible cracking sound to which i've yet to find any fault on teh bike but worrying never the less..0 -
(/on sarcasm) I love riding over the cracked asphalt roads and hearing the chunks of asphalt rattle (/off sarcasm). The first few times that happened I thought my bike was about to asplode (catastrophically fail) on me due to the horrible sounds I was hearing. Of course the next step after the rattling asphalt is the mine-field of potholes that result.0
