Okay,

January 28 - 149 pounds
February 27 - 140 pounds

I didn't take measurements in January. My last measurements were in August 2012 and I fell off the wagon from September until right before I began the shred. I'm sure that I gained inches during this period. However, my measurements today are all the same or less than my August 2012 numbers (special mention goes to the thighs which were 25-25 1/4 inch in July 2012, 24.75 in August and today are a nice 23 1/2). Oh, and none of my pants fit around the waist...everything requires a belt!

WOOT!

I did it! For the first time in my life I have consistently exercised for a whole month! Here are the results:

    I am 29, 1.72 m (5"8)

Starting weight on 01/28/2013: 95.2 kg (209.9 lbs)
End result: 93.5 kg (206.1 lbs)
Only 1.7 kg (3.8 lbs) difference, but that's not really the point, when you take a look at the measurements!

Start (cm and in) Result Difference

    Neck 37.5 (14.5) 35.5 (13.8) -2 (0.7)
    Bust 112 (44) 106.5 (41.7) -5.5 (2.3)
    Under bra 98 (38.5) 92 (36.2) -6 (2.3)
    Waist 102 (40) 91 (35.8) -11 (4.2) !!!
    Across
    belly button 121 (47.5) 117 (46) -4 (1.5)
    Hips 122 (48) 120.5 (47.4) -1.5 (0.6)
    Right tigh 72 (28.5) 70 (27.6) -2 (0.9)
    Left tigh 71 (28) 70 (27.6) -1 (0.4)
    Right arm 36.5 (14.4) 36 (14.2) -0.5 (0.2)
    Left arm 35.5 (14) 35 (13.8) -0.5 (0.2)

Total cm/in lost: 40.5 (16) ! Sure, it's a lot of measuring points, but the bigger the number, the more motivation to continue  I was especially impressed with those 4.2 inches off my waist. And I can fit into two pairs of brand new jeans I've had for a while - one is 18(UK), and another 16!!! I've been a 20 for so long, it's hard to believe I can fit into them. And the spring is coming, and all of my dresses look so much better on me now (yeah, I had a two-hour long shopping spree in my own closet yesterday  ). It hurts, but it works!

Keep on going everyone who's still not finished - the results are worth the pain.
