Hi all I am currently living in Prairie City but I grew up in Des Moines and Altoona. I have 4 kiddos who are always busy, right now they are destroying their room while supposedly cleaning it.

Have you done any of the fitness classes with Real Fitness there in town? I've heard a LOT of great things about them (haven't gone myself...) One of my daughters is starting the PCM fit kids boot camp this week in PC, too - she is so excited!0 -
