I'm new to groups but was thinking it might be kinda cool to have a Waco Walk for the MFP folks in the area. I have sent a few invitations to members of MFP that show to be in Waco. I'll be sending more out in the future, to try and get this group to grow.

By the way, I'm in Speegleville too, I know I saw some who had Speegleville and not just Waco as their home.

So, I guess thats it for now. I hope to see the numbers grow in this group. :smile:

    Well, a few of the invites I sent out were accepted. I am going to do some more this evening I think. It would be nice if the conversation could get going some here. Maybe introduce yourselves and give a little background. Don't share anything you aren't comfortable sharing. :happy:

    A friend was telling me about a diet her parents are doing, something about eating 5 days and fasting for 2 days. Does anyone know about this?
