I just started yesterday so today is day one with the actually work outs. Drinking a yummy protein smoothie before I start that craziness, lol. Here were my fit test results. I can't wait to start getting better

Boy, I must say, I am a bit intimidated by everyone's results, but it gives me something to build up to. I thought I did 70 switch kicks, but then I looked at the card and it said 2 kicks = 1 Rep...lol.
