Broccoli Frittatas

So I did my workout after work today and usually when I do my workouts late afternoon I am STARVING but hate to eat a large meal. It makes me feel as though I accomplished nothing if I'm too full afterwards. Well tonight the boyfriend wasn't home so I knew I didn't NEED to cook meat! I made broccoli frittatas and they were SO yummy. I am not a fan of broccoli so this was huge for me! Here is the recipe for anyone interested in this tasty dish!


Ingredients:
One large egg
3/4 cup steamed broccoli
Pinch of onion powder, garlic power, pepper and chili powder

Directions:
1. Whisk egg in a bowl
2. Steam and finely chop broccoli
3. Add broccoli & seasonings to egg
4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium high heat
5. Use a tablespoon to separate 3-4 servings
6. Cook each side about 3 minutes
7. Enjoy!

I also added a bit of hot sauce because I'm spicy like that!

    This sounds good. Anything with an egg I enjoy and broccoli is awesome (had it last night swimming in cheese lol). Once I get some more broccoli I'm going to try this. Maybe see how it is with cauliflower? And top it with some feta cheese.
