What type of challenges do you want to do as a team?

I want us all to be accountable,motivated and determined to making these healthy lifestyle changes.

  • I heard insanity was good and would be willing to try it! I am up for any challenge. I think it is good to push ourselves further with our weight loss.
  • I have insanity,but I need to start a little slower. So for now I'm doing 30 Day Shred. We should have two challenges that would be fun and interesting!

    I saw some amazing before and after pics earlier from someone who was on the Insanity program. I am not quite ready for that but I do see that in my future.

    I'm doing insanity right now and its intense!! I think a group challenge is a great idea...What about doing something like set a calorie goal for the entire group for a month and see if together we can reach it?

    What about a 30 day squat and sit up challenge?
