Workout DVDS in Poundland

Hi Guys

Just to let you know my local poundland had someworkout dvds in last week including the biggest loser. There were also yoga, Penny Lancaster and lorraine Kelly Walking ones.

Might be worth a look in your local one to see what you can get.

    I'd be intererested to see what the yoga ones are like, I've been looking for some decent yoga DVDs but usually find the instructors really irritating which somewhat goes against the intention of a serene and relaxing session.

    I can't remember which 'celeb' yoga one it was but there definately was one.

    He put that because when you go in a poundland all you hear is people asking staff 'how much is this?' or 'this is only a £' it must drive the staff nuts though!
