Hello all,

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Courtney. I have had Fibromyalgia for about 10 years now. I am finding it harder to get exercise in, because even when I'm motivated my body isn't in agreement. I used to lift weights, and walk a mile for exercise. Now the weather changing will keep me in bed all day. If anyone has any tips, please feel free to add me. Thanks.

    Hello everyone,

    I was just diagnosed by a specialist with a Fibromyalgia. For so long I wondered why I was fighting with my body to do thing and lose weight. I still don't have all the answers I am seeking, so if anyone would like to be friends feel free to add me.

    Hello everyone!
    I am so happy to find this group & know that someone else understands. The last 4 or 5 years, i have fought with arthritis & chronic lower back pain. I realize that when...not IF... i get the 100 extra pounds off that i'm carrying around, that, Lord willing, my pain will not be as debilitating.

    I'm going to go read through more of the message boards of this group before i call it a night. I am very open to meeting new pals, so please feel free to send me a request. The more motivation that we give each other, the better our journey to a thinner & healthier person.
