    Miles walked so far = 16. Goal for March = 50. I've had a couple days where I just shoveled snow...mostly a "back' workout, so didn't log it as miles or anything. When it comes time to mow the lawn though...I gotta figure out how I can log that as "miles". Anyone do that sort of thing?

    Happy Wednesday Walkers!

    I think my body is finally getting used to losing the hour on Sunday. My sleep has been horrible this week, hince my walking has been less than stellar. Focusing on getting my miles up the rest of the week. The weather has been just perfect for walking, so no excuses! :bigsmile:

    3/1 - 2 mile walk outside and 3 mile Leslie Sansone Weight Loss Walk DVD = 5 miles
    3/2 - 1 mile walk outside and 3 miles of the Biggest Loser Walking DVD = 4 miles
    3/3 - No miles
    3/4 - 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym and 1 mile walk outside = 5 miles
    3/5 - 1 mile walk outside
    3/6 - 0.5 mile walk outside and 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym wearing my new weighted belt (it goes up to 10 pounds but I only used 5 pounds for my first walk) = 4.5 miles
    3/7 - 4 mile walk on the treadmill wearing a 12 pound weighted vest
    3/8 - 3.75 mile walk outside
    3/9 - 3 mile walk outside
    3/10 - 5 miles using Leslie Sansone 5 Day Slim Down Walk DVD
    3/11 - 0.5 mile walk outside
    3/12 - 1 mile walk outside

    My walking goal is 80 miles and I have 43.25 miles to go...
