I use GNC's AMP 60 Wheybolic Extreme, or its called something similar to that. One scoop of chocolate is 20g of protein, and I drink it in milk. It tastes like a chocolatey treat I make it before my workout so the flavors can blend together well.0

I used to use GNC Lean 25, and it tasted yummy, but you didnt get enough for the price, in my opinion. I switched to Optimum Nutrition's chocolate protein, which I think has 24 or 25 grams of protein. It doesnt taste as good though. I put milk in mine to make it more creamy, but I still dont think it tastes good so I might switch back to Lean 25. I personally thought Lean 25 also tasted better than Shakeology, and even though the price annoys me, I think it is stil cheaper than Shakeology.0

i've seen everyone say that shakeology is what gave them that extra push and edge towards their weight loss but that's way too much money for me. i use lots of different protein powders to get my protein in due to a medical condition and i refuse to buy shakeology if i cant get a sample package to try and make sure I can actually tolerate it first.
i use Nutrology Tripact Vanilla Latte with hot coffee and a shot of chai latte in the mornings if i want a protein pick me up with some caffine. this is an amazing blend and is so yummy! i just throw in a scoop or two (25gm protein per scoop) with about 10oz of coffee and 4oz chai latte into a blender bottle and shake away. I also use Muscle Milk Vanilla (28gm protein per scoop) and I will use a scoop to 1.5 scoops with 4oz of almond milk and 4oz of water (its super sweet) for a mid day snack. I have vanilla protein that I bake with; it's just vanilla whey protein, and a nectar flavored protein that i just add into yogurt. the last two arent drinks obviously. I dont know how they measure up to shakeology 1:1 because I'm not sure what nutrients are in shakeology; but if you want a quick healthy meal replacement Orgain is a good option. It's a little pricy, and hard to find sometimes, but it's 100% natural with no additives and is super yummy! Hope this helps! I've found that I spend about $2.50 on meal replacements including the cost of almond milk, and shakeology is $4 per serving and I just cant bring myself to spend that much right now.0 -

Actually you can. They have a bottom of the bag guarantee. If you don't like it you can send back the empty bag by 30 days.
i think that's awesome that they do that; but i'm also out the full $120 in the meantime. I wish that they had options where you could buy packets of them and not have to get a month at a time.0 -
I use Designer Whey French Vanilla. 100 calories/ scoop, 18 g protein. No artificial anything in it. Tastes good. I mix it with Silk almond milk, fruits or veggies (whatever I'm in mood for), chia seeds, wheat germ a littlle flavored extract for sweetener and ice. Yum! I'm having a green one right now. Good luck in finding what works for you!0
